1. I placed an order and received a confirmation by email. Will my order still be sent?

All orders placed until 22/12/2020 will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible.

2. How can I return my items?

You can return any product in its original packaging within 2 months from the date that the goods are received. You must ensure that the returned goods are in good condition, are unopened, and are in the original packaging. If the returned goods are defective, you must be sure to include the original packaging for those products. Items must be placed in the parcel securely.

- In order to obtain your pre-filled returns shipping label, please contact customer service in the Help & Contact section. Let us know that you want to make a return, and we will send you the pre-filled in returns shipping label via e-mail. Next, print out the label and drop off your parcel at the nearest Royal Mail post office.
- Returns charges are a flat rate of £5.95, which will be deducted from your reimbursement.

Once your return is received you will be reimbursed within a maximum of 30 days via the original payment method used to pay for your order.

3. I bought wallpaper samples from 4murs.co.uk. Where can I buy the wallpaper rolls?

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to ship our products to the UK.

Tip: if you have friends, family or acquaintances living in Ireland, France or one of the other European countries we deliver to, you can choose their address as the delivery address. They will then need to send the goods to you in the UK.

4. Do you deliver to Ireland?

Yes, we deliver to 24 European countries including Ireland: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the Czech Republic.

Unfortunately we don’t deliver to any other countries in the world, nor the following islands/territories:
- Büsingen and Heligoland (Germany),
- Faroe Islands, Greenland (Denmark),
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla (Spain),
- Aland Islands (Finland),
- Mount Athos (Greece),
- Campione d'Italia, Livigno, San Marino and the Vatican (Italy)

One solution if the country you want to be delivered to is not in the list above: if you have friends, family or acquaintances in the countries we deliver to, you can choose the address of these people as your delivery address. They will then have to ship the products to you.

5. How much is the delivery cost to Ireland?

Home delivery to the address of your choice costs 19.90 €.

6. What are the delivery delays to Ireland?

The delivery time is 4 working days.
The delivery of our articles is independent of our services and is entrusted to our partner colissimo. (Delivery times are counted in working days from the validation of your order, i.e. excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

7. Do I still have access to my account?

Yes, you can access your account by login on the website 4murs.com.

8. What will happen to my customer account data?

In accordance with the law, your data will be deleted after 3 years if you have no further contact with our brand during this period.

By simple request via email to our customer services (customerservice@4murs.co.uk), we can also delete all your data directly. In order to avoid illegitimate access to personal data, exchanges will only take place by e-mail to the address previously linked to the customer account concerned.

Furthermore, 4MURS undertakes not to sell your personal data to partner brands for commercial purposes. Your data will remain for the exclusive use of 4MURS.

9. I bought a gift card on 4murs.co.uk. Is it valid for the French site?

No, unfortunately your 4MURS gift card is no longer valid.

By simple request via email to our customer services (customerservice@4murs.co.uk), we can also provide you with a refund.

10. I have another question / problem.
